Mr. Hagen is a registered civil engineer and geotechnical engineer and project manager with more than 15 years of professional service and is fluent in Spanish.
As an experienced, professional group, NCC has performed multifaceted projects since 1981, specializing in soil related problems such as landslide repair, erosion control, foundation construction & repairs (underpinning, releveling, helical anchors, etc.), drainage (v-ditches, subdrains, surface drainage) , retaining walls, litigation, etc.
